Why Joint Complex

Four ingredients. Full doses. Nothing to hide.

Most joint supplements on the shelf list their ingredients in a “proprietary blend” — so you never know how much of each you are actually taking. Joint Complex is built the other way round: four ingredients, each with its dose printed on the jar.

Two capsules a day give you Boswellia serrata resin powder standardised to AKBA, Vitamin C at 150% of your daily reference value, Vitamin D3 at 1 000 IU, and Boron. That is the whole formula.

Boswellia serrata

500 mg · AKBA 20 mg

Boswellia serrata (Indian Frankincense) resin powder, standardised to keto-beta-Boswellic Acid (AKBA). Every daily serving of 2 capsules carries 500 mg of resin powder with 20 mg of AKBA.

Vitamin C

150 mg · 150% NRV

As L-ascorbic acid. The body does not make or store it, so it has to come from food or supplements every day.
